Today's post is about sharing my happiness -- I'm gonna unbox my Butterfly Party Bag and introduce every single item I got from the event! It's a pretty HUGE bag so sit back, get your cup of coffee and enjoy the post!

W.Lab is a Korean beauty brand hailing from Korea, made available to Malaysians via Althea Korea. Althea is a Korean Beauty e-commerce website which ships directly from Korea to Malaysia, Singapore, Philippines, Thailand, Indonesia... and more recently, to US and Rest of World!!
This palette costs a 💣 (RM90 is pretty expensive to me for Korean makeup!) but then again when I compare with other Western palettes, it's half of what we usually pay here in Malaysia. I somehow find it surprising that it has THREE MATTE SHADES which could work as transition colours because Korean eyeshadow palettes hardly produce matte textures! If you are observant, you will notice that most Asian-produced eyeshadows contain pearls / shimmer / glitter in all of them. So yes, this is refreshing for me as I need some matte colours to achieve a clean eye look!
Aside for using for the eyes, this palette also recommends users to use it as a shade makeup on the jawline and collarbone, to give it more dimension. Talk about maximizing its usability!
From the website, it states the ingredients as White Flower Complex, which comprises of --
Prunus Serrulata Flower Extract, Rosa Damascena Flower Water, Calendula Officinalis Extract, Helianthus Annuus (Sunflower) Seed Oil, Plumeria Rubra Flower Extract, Magnolia Liliflora Flower Extract, Sambucus Nigra Flower Extract, Citrus Aurantium Dulcis (Orange) Flower Extract and Lilium Tigrinum Flower Extract. It looks like this palette has been infused with various flower extracts to suit its "Blooming" theme! Plus check out each of the shade's name to see which extract it has been made with!

As for repurchasing, maybe not because I always like exploring other palettes all the time. Having this once is good enough for me 😝

Without a doubt, when I first opened the package and saw all the shades, my heart leaped out of my body because I saw all NUDE SHADES!!!

Since nude shades have been in my radar for awhile now, I cannot be happier to receive these babies! What's more to like is that these are made by our local indie beauty brand, Orkid Cosmetics. The founder Raisa is someone I know personally, so I was stoked to have my hands on these finally. Each liquid lipstick is priced at RM39, really affordable!
When swatched on my arm, Blush and Mars look somewhat similar in nudish pink, but Mars being on the darker side. Turnt is towards a brownish nude while Vibes is peachy nude. Out of all the 4 shades, I like Blush the most! 😍
When I applied these onto my lips, it is absolutely gorgeous! It is quite lightweight and glides on easily while staying put. Here's how I look wearing Blush --
However towards the end of the day, I felt my lips chapping and flaking slightly. It is a little drying to my lips unfortunately. These babies are nice but I don't think I would repurchase again unless they change the formulation to be more hydrating.

I love my Aloe Vera gels and when I saw this being 100%, I was excited!
So far I've never came across an Aloe Vera gel pack with 100%, I usually see ones with 92%, 94%, 98% etc, so to me this is really RARE.
That being said, it doesn't feel much different from my regular aloe vera packs. It performs just as well and it absorbs into the skin pretty quickly. You could use this as a face moisturizer, hydration mask, sleeping mask, body gel, post sun care treatment for cooling effect or even soothing small burns.
Buying this at less than RM30 is definitely a steal because usually other retail outlets sell these at RM35-40 per pack. So yes, I'd repurchase this! 👍🏻

I tried all of these brushes and I gotta say, they are pleasantly soft! I feel the face brushes are good but the ones for eyes, the bristles are a bit too long thus it seems difficult to control.
Tips:
1. Hold onto the ferrel (metal connector) for more control (packing on colours).
2. Hold the tip of the unicorn horn for less control (blending out colours).

Product: Climacool Shower Gel 250ml & Climacool Deodorant 35ml

The shower gel comes in the form of clear blue gel with small white capsules that would dissolve once you rub them. It smells somewhat refreshing and has a cooling feeling to it so I'd usually use this after exercising. It keeps me feeling refreshed after a good workout. Sadly since this product is for the mass market, I looked through the ingredients list and saw SLS in it and was quite taken aback. I guess using this shower gel is okay once in awhile but not everyday. I will not repurchase because of its non-earth friendly nature.
As for the deodorant, I can't comment because I'm not a fan of those as my mom sternly warned me against those, in fear of it being a cause to cancer.

Clinelle actually gave us more than what was listed in the goodie bag brief - they included additional deep cleansing water in travel size for us too, how thoughtful!
Here's my quick thoughts about the products --
Hot Body Shaper Cream: This orange packaging tube is really eye catching! It comes with 5 roller balls on the bottom so I thought it would be good for massaging in the product. But nope, the balls are not as useful because it doesn't really move smoothly together with the cream so massaging the cream with my palms onto my body is so much faster. The lotion doesn't heat up until about few minutes after application and gosh, the burning sensation can feel overwhelming at times! 😂
I don't see much improvement on my body just yet (have not been using regularly too) but as I know, this will definitely hasten your body goals. Slapping this on without working out is just a waste of cream! Repurchase? Yes, maybe.
PureSWISS HydraCalm Sleeping Mask: Many fellow bloggers who got this claim that this product is the best product out of all the goodies from the beauty bag! As for me, I find the fragrance a little strong for my liking but the scent of it is really refreshing! It reminds me of a luxury beauty facial place with all those expensive lotions lingering everywhere! Personally I enjoy using this product but I don't think I would repurchase because of the strong fragrance (I have sensitive skin). Also this product has a pH level of 5.5 - slightly acidic, so do take note!
UV Defense SPF 50 PA+++ Sunscreen: This is one very tacky lotion! However, it absorbs very quickly into the skin, which is great because usually sticky textures takes time to blend in. Also, I like that it doesn't leave a white cast on my face, which some sun protection does. Using this alone is great but under makeup, not so much if it doesn't dry down well. Since it takes awhile to dry, I usually use this for my body. Repurchase highly unlikely.
Deep Cleansing Water: When I saw that this water has 5-in-1 benefits, I was kinda skeptical and a little scared too because I have sensitive skin. The water claims to be a makeup remover, exfoliator, purifier, brightener and moisturizer -- ALL IN ONE product. It also states that removes waterproof makeup, oil-free, non-greasy, effective and gentle. Also it is suitable for all skin types and is dermatologically tested and paraben free. OK, that's a lot TBH. So does it do everything? Yes for everything except it is NOT gentle. It stings a little when I was trying to remove my waterproof mascara (it does remove it completely YAY!) so you have to be careful when using around the eyes area. For me to repurchase it, highly unlikely because my skin does feel a bit tight post-makeup removal.

Product: Long Lasting Liquid Eyeliner 4ml & Floral Hydro Mist 120ml

Long Lasting Liquid Eyeliner: The brush tip is attached to the cover so you have to control the brush there. Unfortunately the brush is quite long and flexible, which means it can get quite messy if you're a beginner. For me, I do not enjoy using this type of eyeliner to wing my eyes because it's very difficult to control the brush if its not from a pen. I would use this eyeliner to fill in the space of my winged liner (after using another eyeliner with a pen tip). It is quite dark but the downside of this eyeliner is that it can be rubbed away easily with just water. So because of this reason I will not repurchase this because it's not up to my expectations.
Floral Hydro Mist: Like any other facial mist, it comes in a spray can with a nozzle for fuss-free dispensary. This mist is in a 120ml spritz bottle (which unfortunately isn't travel friendly as travel allowance is 100ml per bottle for cabin luggage). Upon spraying the mist, it leaves a very refreshing and pleasant, soft floral scent. Indeed Mamonde is a brand inspired by flowers, thus if you are a huge flora fan, this one is for you!

This is a beautiful eyeliner with very fine soft tip. It allows you to draw your eyeliner with precision and glides easily onto your skin, even with eyeshadow on top. The colour is intense black, so it's great if you're going for a dramatic look!

Product: Big Eyes Magnifier Mascara 8ml

A mascara that has a lengthening wand, it does as it claims. It is infused with Vitamin B5 as well as some lash fiber (but I don't see as much as I would like to) to bring out the best of your lashes. It does fall short of my expectation, seeing that this is on the slightly higher price point for drugstore mascara (average drugstore mascara price in Malaysia is about RM20-40 in 2017). Not repurchasing this because it doesn't wow me.
